Well, well, well i have decided to look on the uni website, when i was told by April i have to complete 10 hours work about employability. No one from uni has mentioned this, and im kinda glad i stumbled upon it, otherwise i would have failed my whole 1st year of degree. just over a quiz, which no other uni does. how bizarre.
anyway, it suggests that a skill or competency an employer looks for is reflectiveness. so it suggests using PebblePad a useless bit of technology the uni provides us to put work on and write a blog. i am going to continue using this lovely blog space.
would you like to know what i've learnt about reflectiveness:
"its purpose is to gain greater insights into what has happened, the way you and others behaved and the conditions and circumstances that contributed to the way events unfolded. reflectiveness is a skill or competency that is essential for pdp. its a valuable habit to acquire; its of value to you in all spheres of life".
what riveting stuff. so im sitting here, ready this stuff about employability and making sense of it all, wondering why on earth Cov makes us do this. Talk to you all soon, have a good xmas.
